Ingredients
- 10-15 pieces of asparagus
- Juice of half a lemon
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- Half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Grated mozzarella
Instructions
- First, put the asparagus in a bowl and add the spices.
- Add the lemon and mix thoroughly.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 8-9 minutes.
- Add the grated mozzarella on top and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
- Take it out of the oven and serve it topped with lemon juice.
