Baked Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 10-15 pieces of asparagus
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Grated mozzarella

Instructions

  • First, put the asparagus in a bowl and add the spices.
  • Add the lemon and mix thoroughly.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 8-9 minutes.
  • Add the grated mozzarella on top and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Take it out of the oven and serve it topped with lemon juice.
