Ingredients
- 500 grams of Sardeon asparagus
- 200 grams of mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup of cream
- Salt and black pepper
- Freshly chopped parsley (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Cut off the ends of the asparagus stalks and cut into thin slices.
- Slice the mushrooms.
- Heat the butter or olive oil in a pan.
- Add the thinly sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not burnt.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté until soft.
- Once the mushrooms have softened, add the asparagus slices and sauté lightly.
- Add the cream and stir until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Cook until the cream is slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve hot.
