Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Sardeon asparagus
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Yogurt Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Cut off the ends of the asparagus stalks and cut into thin slices.
- Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the chopped asparagus with the sauce and leave it aside to marinate for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl for the yogurt dipping sauce.
- Transfer the marinated asparagus to a serving plate and serve with the yogurt dip.
