Check out the natural flavor of grilled Sardeon asparagus, enriched with Parmesan cheese and flavored with balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of Sardeon asparagus
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Cut off the ends of the asparagus stalks.
- Mix olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Soak the asparagus thoroughly with this mixture.
- Preheat the oven grill or the barbecue grill to medium-high heat. (You can also use a cast iron grill on the stove.)
- Place the asparagus on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or grill until slightly roasted.
- Once cooked, transfer the grilled asparagus to a serving plate.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and optionally garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot or warm.
