Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

Check out the natural flavor of grilled Sardeon asparagus, enriched with Parmesan cheese and flavored with balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of Sardeon asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional for serving)

Instructions

  • Cut off the ends of the asparagus stalks.
  • Mix olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Soak the asparagus thoroughly with this mixture.
  • Preheat the oven grill or the barbecue grill to medium-high heat. (You can also use a cast iron grill on the stove.)
  • Place the asparagus on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or grill until slightly roasted.
  • Once cooked, transfer the grilled asparagus to a serving plate.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and optionally garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve hot or warm.
