Ingredients
- 500 grams of pasta
- 1 onion
- 500 grams of green asparagus
- 250 grams of mushrooms
- 400 milliliters of heavy cream
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Boil the pasta and drain it. Heat the oil in a pan.
- Chop the onion and fry until it turns brown.
- Chop the asparagus into 2 cm long pieces, discard the stiff parts.
- Add them to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Chop and add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper. Add the cream and let it boil for 5 minutes over low heat with the lid closed.
- The cream will thicken. Add the pasta and mix thoroughly.
- Turn off the heat and set the dish aside to rest for 10 minutes.
