Ingredients
- 500 grams of Sardeon asparagus
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- Salt and black pepper
- Lemon slices (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Cut off the ends of the asparagus stalks.
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet.
- In another bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Soak the chicken drumsticks thoroughly with this mixture and place them on the tray next to the asparagus.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and keep it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken drumsticks are fully cooked. Flip the chicken drumsticks after 20 minutes.
- After cooking, place them on a serving plate and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
