Asparagus Wrapped in Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • Cream cheese
  • Smoked salmon slices
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh dill (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt to boiling water and blanch the asparagus for 3 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese onto the smoked salmon slices. Wrap each slice around a cooled asparagus spear and arrange on a serving plate.
  • Drizzle with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Garnish with fresh dill if desired, and serve.
