Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
- 5 sprigs of fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of strained yogurt
- 3-4 drops of lemon juice

Instructions
Trim the stems of the asparagus and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes. Place in cold or icy water after straining to keep their color vibrant. After waiting for 1 minute, place them in a strainer and drain all the water. Add all the ingredients for the sauce into the mixing bowl of the blender and blend until the basil is fully shredded. Place the asparagus on a serving plate and pour the sauce over it before serving.
