Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 50 grams of butter (1.5 tablespoons at room temperature)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
For the filling
- 1 pack of Asparagus
- 1 pack of Antep Cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- Black Pepper
Instructions
Pour the flour into a deep bowl and make a well in the center. Add the butter, egg, milk, baking powder, sesame seeds and salt and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Soak the Antep cheese in hot water for 5 minutes, wash it thoroughly and grate it. (Do not add salt to the filling as the cheese itself is already salty)
Mix the flour, egg, cheese, cream, and black pepper in a bowl. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin to the size of your mold.
Spread it on a greased mold and shape the edges. Poke a few holes in the base with a fork and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Take it out of the oven and pour the cheese mixture into it. Cut the asparagus in half lengthwise and place them on top of the cheese.
Bake at 180˚ C until golden brown on top. Serve cold or warm.
