Asparagus Garnish with Lemon & Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sweet mustard
  • Salt, to taste

 

Instructions

  • Boil the cleaned asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes, until just tender. Drain and arrange on a serving plate.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, sweet mustard, and crushed garlic. Pour the dressing over the warm asparagus and serve.
