Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon sweet mustard
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Boil the cleaned asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes, until just tender. Drain and arrange on a serving plate.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, sweet mustard, and crushed garlic. Pour the dressing over the warm asparagus and serve.
