Asparagus Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of asparagus
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Rinse the asparagus in water and chop it into long pieces (if it is fresh, cut 2 cm off the back and boil it that way).

Add the spices, minced garlic cloves and oil to the asparagus.
