Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- Cream cheese
- Smoked salmon slices
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh dill (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt to boiling water and blanch the asparagus for 3 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese onto the smoked salmon slices. Wrap each slice around a cooled asparagus spear and arrange on a serving plate.
- Drizzle with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Garnish with fresh dill if desired, and serve.
